This is the first in a series of one-off unique beers. Each in the series will be a beer that is using a new ingredient, technique or some other aspect that is expanding our repertoire of brewing skills.

More importantly, we will be chasing one of our main goals; to influence more people to think about beer differently. We wish to shake off the limitations imposed by the mass market.

But most importantly they will be beers we want to make. Beers that we can be proud of, and enjoy ourselves when we think we deserve a little treat. And you deserve it too, so why not? Go on, you know you want to.
