Our Pan-Atlantic IPA, Azimuth, has been a great success in both bottle and cask. We also think it’s great in keg, but not many people have had the pleasure of trying it. We have long held the belief that beers that are a bit stronger, hoppier and a little bit special work well in keg. There are many reasons for this.
We’ve been trialling keg for quite a while now. We’ve sent quite a bit to Italy and a fair amount goes out of the country. We haven’t always got it right, but we believe we have our techniques cracked. Over the next few weeks we’ll be rolling out Azimuth into as many craft beer bars as possible. Watch out for it in the places that are lucky enough for us to send it to.
